- F1Reporting person is a member of the Issuer's Board of Directors. Non-cash compensation to members of the Issuer's Board of Directors includes Restricted Shares of Issuer's Class A Common Stock. Shares are restricted from transfer until vested. These Restricted Shares will vest as follows: 3,429 on May 29, 2015, 6,859 on November 28, 2015 and the balance on May 28, 2016.
