- F1On February 24, 2015, Reporting Person filed a Form 4 indicating that 59,623 shares of Class A Common Stock had been subject to the transaction reported. On March 9, 2015, the Reporting Person was notified that due to administrative error, an additional quantity of 71,633 should have been reported for the same transaction, resulting in a total of 131,256 shares of Class A Common Stock being subject to that transaction.
