Explanation of responses

These securities were omitted from the October 26, 2015 grant of restricted stock units in error. These additional restricted stock units were granted and immediately vested and paid out in shares of common stock on November 23, 2015, less an amount of restricted stock units withheld to pay taxes upon the vesting.
