Explanation of responses
- F1On August 11, 2014, the reporting person was granted a Performance Stock Unit of 62,500 shares of common stock. The Performance Stock Unit vested in full based on Oclaro's satisfaction of certain performance criteria prior to the end of Oclaro's 2017 fiscal year. The performance criteria were met, resulting in vesting of the Performance Stock Unit.
