- F1This amendment is being filed to correct the number of shares gifted on March 18, 2016 and the source of that gift. The number of shares gifted was reported as 8,697 when it was actually 8,970, and was from the HJ Family Trust account. This correction should also increase by 8,697 shares the amount of securities beneficially owned in Mr. Harris' personal account following the reported gift, for subsequent Forms 4 to the date of this amendment.
