- F1Granted pursuant to the 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan and the Rackspace non-employee director compensation plan.
- F2These shares were granted in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSU's). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Rackspace Hosting, Inc. common stock. All of the shares under the RSU grant shall vest on April 1, 2017 and will be delivered promptly thereafter.
- F3Mr. Weston is the sole owner of Knightsbridge, L.C. which is the general partner of Trout Capital, Ltd.
