Explanation of responses
- F1This amendment is being filed to correct a clerical error on the reporting persons' original Form 4 filed October 17, 2018 ("Original Form 4"). The number of shares purchased by the reporting person in the Original Form 4 was overstated by 1,680 shares and has been corrected in this amended Form 4. In addition, the average weighted purchase price per share has been corrected, as well as the total number of shares beneficially owned in Column 5 of the Original Form 4 to accurately reflect the correct number of shares held by the reporting person after the transaction.
- F2Price reported constitutes the average weighted price of shares sold. Shares were sold at varying prices in the range of $59.51 - $59.54.
