Remarks
The cash exercise of the stock options was pre-approved by a committee of non-employee members of the issuer's Board of Directors and both the purchase and sale were exempt under Rule 16b-3 and Rule 16b-6. The original Form 4 filed on January 17, 2018, is amended by this form 4 which includes the 16b-3 and 16b-6 explanations. No other changes have been made to the original form 4.
