Explanation of responses
- F1Grant of deferred stock units under the Issuer's Amended and Restated 2005 Performance Incentive Plan. The deferred stock units are 100% vested, but receipt of the shares is deferred until the six-month anniversary of the reporting person's separation from service as a director of Mondelez International.
- F2In October 2015, Mr. Reynolds received a distribution of 8,991 shares of Class A common stock previously granted in 2008 (4,002 shares) and 2009 (4,989 shares) of which Mr. Reynolds deferred receipt under the Issuer's 2006 Stock Compensation Plan for Non-Employee Directors. Mr. Reynolds also received at the time of that distribution 1,826 shares of Class A common stock acquired through a dividend reinvestment program that were associated with the 2008 and 2009 grants. Total number of shares owned includes an additional 1,715 shares acquired through a dividend reinvestment program.
