Explanation of responses
- F1The "Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned" is calculated using the Issuer's initial NAV per unit of $500 per unit. The Reporting Person became a Director of the Issuer, which was originally formed as a closed-end investment company electing to be treated as a business development company, on May 26, 2000, and purchased 200 units of the Issuer in its initial public offering. On January 29, 2010, the Issuer withdrew its election to be treated as a business development company and continued its operations as a registered closed-end management investment company. The value of the Reporting Person's investment in the Issuer has varied over time due to distributions and fluctuations in the value of portfolio securities. No sales have occurred.
