Explanation of responses
- F1On November 5, 2015, Mr. DeSimone exercised 57,165 stock options by using a "net exercise" procedure and received 6,757 shares of common stock. No shares were sold in the public markets. On exercising these options, Mr. DeSimone became a stockholder of record with regard to these additional shares of common stock and accordingly will receive quarterly dividends on these shares.
