- F1Number of time vested Restricted Share Units ("RSU") awarded on 9/12/16. The awards will vest at a rate of one third on each January 1st, 2018, 2019 and 2020. There is a two year holding period after each vested date. The units are exchangeable with the company's common stock at the exchange rate of 1 for 1 after the vesting date and holding period.
