Explanation of responses
- F1On February 6, 2019, Reporting Person was granted a restricted stock award ("RSA") of 10,267 shares of Issuer's common stock. This RSA will vest ratably over a four (4) year term.
- F2On February 10, 2016, Reporting Person was granted performance restricted stock units ("PRSUs"). Vesting of the PRSUs was conditioned upon the achievement of certain performance goals and an employment condition. On February 6, 2019, actual performance against goals for the applicable performance period was determined and the Reporting Person was awarded 9,493 shares of Issuer's common stock.
