Remarks
Reporting person served as the Executive Vice President of PacWest Bancorp and PacWest Bancorp's wholly-owned banking subsidiary, Pacific Western Bank. On February 28, 2017, reporting person resigned from her position as Executive Vice President. As a result, the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with her transactions in the equity securities of PacWest Bancorp and therefore will no longer report any such transaction on Form 4 or Form 5.
