- F1Shares were sold pursuant to a 10b5-1 Trading Plan in order to raise funds to pay the required withholding tax pursuant to the vesting of RSUs.
- F10On February 16, 2017, the reporting person was granted restricted stock units, the vesting of which is subject solely to continued service through each vesting date. 33.33% of the award is scheduled to vest on January 15, 2018, with an additional 33.33% units scheduled to vest on each of January 15, 2019 and January 15, 2020.
