- F1Shares were sold pursuant to a 10b5-1 Trading Plan in order to raise funds to pay the required withholding tax pursuant to the vesting of RSUs.
- F10Vesting is dependent upon continuous active service as an employee, consultant or director of the Company or a subsidiary of the Company (Service) throughout the vesting period. The Restricted Stock Units shall vest as follows: 33.33% of the RSUs vesting on January 15, 2016 and an additional 33.33% of the RSUs vesting on January 15, 2017 and January 15, 2018.
