Explanation of responses
- F1On May 9, 2012, the reporting person was granted a target number of shares covered by restricted stock units with performance-based vesting requirements over a three-year performance period. On May 13, 2015, 94% of the target shares vested and were issued and the balance of the award terminated. This amendment corrects the number of shares withheld for taxes and the number of shares acquired, which were initially incorrect due to an administrative error in calculating the number of shares withheld to cover taxes.
