Explanation of responses
- F1On April 2, 2012, the Reporting Person was awarded a non-qualified stock option (the "Option") to acquire 20,000 shares (the "Shares") of the Issuer's common stock, including the underlying securities reported in Table II of this Form 4. Pursuant to the terms of the Option, 33 1/3% of the Shares became exercisable on April 2, 2013, an additional 33 1/3% of the Shares became exercisable on April 2, 2014, and the remaining 33 1/3% of the Shares became exercisable on April 2, 2015.
