Explanation of responses
- F1On March 2, 2009, the Reporting Person was awarded a stock option (the "Option") to acquire 20,000 shares (the "Shares") of the Issuer's common stock. Pursuant to the terms of the Option, 33 1/3% of the Shares became exercisable on March 2, 2010, an additional 33 1/3% of the Shares became exercisable on March 2, 2011, and the remaining 33 1/3% of the Shares became exercisable on March 2, 2012.
