Explanation of responses
- F1Represents shares transferred by the Reporting Person to his former spouse in connection with their dissolution of marriage. Upon the transfer of these directly owned shares, Mr. Christian disclaims any beneficial ownership interest. This is transaction one of two, with the second transaction to be executed following the approval of a qualified domestic relations order which will provide for the transfer of shares indirectly held in his company 401(k) plan.
