F1Effective January 1, 2015, pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Reorganization, dated as of August 24, 2014 (the "Agreement"), by and among American National Bankshares Inc ("American National") and MainSteet BankShares, Inc.("MainStreet"), MainStreet merged with and into American National, with American National as the surviving company. Each share of MainStreet common stock was converted into .482 shares of American National stock along with $3.46 cash for each share.
