Explanation of responses
- F1Mr. Fu is a Managing Director and Partner of Fortune Capital and may be deemed to beneficially own shares held by Fortune Capital. Mr. Fu disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by Fortune Capital except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
Remarks
This amendment Form 3 is to correct Mr. Fu's initial statement of beneficial ownership filed on 10/30/14, which erroneously reported that Mr. Fu did not beneficially own any shares at the time he was appointed a Director of the Issuer. This amendment to Form 3 also includes the power-of-attorney Exhibit, which was inadvertently omitted from the initial filing.
