Explanation of responses
- F1Represents a service-based restricted stock award vesting over four years that is subject to the achievement of a financial performance objective. If the performance objective is not achieved, the entire award is forfeited. If the performance objective is achieved, the award vests, subject to continued service, (i) 25% on July 16, 2019 (or if such date is not a trading day for the New York Stock Exchange, or such other stock exchange on which the Company's shares are then listed, on the first trading day following such date) and (ii) 6.25% on a quarterly basis over the subsequent three-year period.
