- F1An error was made in subtracting the number of common shares "disposed of" and the amount of common shares beneficially owned following reported transactions was incorrectly reported with 2000 shares too many. These additional 2,000 common shares were also included in two Form 4 filings by the reporting person after the Form 4 being amended hereby was filed.
