- F1On September 12, 2013, the reporting person contributed 500,000 shares of Class A Common Stock to a grantor retained annuity trust for the benefit of his children. In connection with the termination of the trust, on September 14, 2016, 162,132 of the shares were transferred to trusts for the benefit of the reporting person's children.
