Explanation of responses
- F1In connection with the reporting person's exercise of 1,117,227 warrants on August 21, 2014, the issuer made certain anti-dilution adjustments pursuant to the terms of the warrants. As a result of the anti-dilution adjustments, the amount of beneficial ownership shown for the reporting person was increased by 3,460 shares of common stock. In addition to the common stock acquired on April 3, 2015, such adjustment increase of 3,460 shares is also reflected in this total amount of beneficial ownership.
