- F1The Reporting Person received warrant to initially purchase an aggregate of 2,892,857 shares of common stock with an exercise price of $ 0.887 per share on June 14, 2013 In the Company's registered direct offering in June 2013. The Warrants are not exerciseable until after (i) One Hundred Eighty (180) days from the date of issuance and (ii) stockholder approval of the issuance of the warrant which was obtained on December 18, 2013. Pursuant to the terms of warrant, the Reporting Person exercised the exchange right and received 4,029,738 restricted shares of common stock on June 10, 2015.
