- F2On February 6, 2018, the Compensation Committee of the Issuer's Board of Directors approved the grant of the restricted stock units (the "RSUs") to the reporting person, subject to stockholder approval of the amendment and restatement of the Issuer's 2007 Performance Incentive Plan (the "Plan"). On May 18, 2018, the Issuer's stockholders approved the amendment and restatement of the Plan and the RSUs were granted effective on that date.
