Explanation of responses
- F1The original Form 4, filed on December 13, 2018, is being amended by this Form 4 amendment to correct an administrative error, which misreported the number of shares acquired by the reporting person on December 11, 2018, as a total of 300,000 shares acquired when in fact 200,000 shares of common stock were acquired, and to correct the number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person following the corrected transaction.
- F2The reporting person was issued 200,000 shares valued at $0.035 per share, as a year-end bonus in lieu of a cash bonus for services rendered as CEO.
- F3Includes 6,668,660 shares owned by The Better Blocks Trust, of which Mr. Claney is a joint trustee. Mr. Claney disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares and options owned or controlled by The Better Blocks Trust beyond the extent of his pecuniary interest.
