- F1The shares reported herein are held directly by LeoGroup Private Debt Facility, L.P. ("LeoGroup LP"). LeoGroup Management, LLC ("LeoGroup Management") is the General Partner of LeoGroup LP. LeoGroup Management is 100% owned by The Leo Group, LLC ("Leo Group"). The reporting person is the principal owner of LeoGroup. The shares directly owned by LeoGroup LP may be deemed indirectly owned by the reporting person; however, the reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, if any, and the inclusion of these shares in his report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of all of the reported shares for purposes of Section 16 or any other purpose.
