Explanation of responses
- F1On August 12, 2026 (the "Grant Date"), the Reporting Person was granted an option to purchase 120,000 shares of the Issuer's common stock pursuant to the Issuer's Amended and Restated 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. The option vest as to 10,000 shares on September 30, 2026 and in eleven quarterly installments of 10,000 shares thereafter through June 30, 2029.
