Explanation of responses
- F1On March 3, 2016, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently reported the amount of securities beneficially owned following the reported transaction to be 43,395 due to a computer error. This amendment has been filed to correct the amount of securities beneficially owned in Column 5 of Table I from 43,395 to 27,312 and to correct that amount on all subsequent Forms 4 filed by the reporting person. As of November 30, 2018, the reporting person beneficially owns 21,050 shares of common stock.
