Hubert Birner ("Birner"), Stefan Fischer ("Fischer"), Helmut Schuhsler ("Schuhsler"), Luc Marengere ("Marengere"), Reshentha Beeby ("Beeby"), and Gary Leatt ("Leatt") are members of the investment committee of TVM VII GP Ltd, which has voting and investment power with respect to these shares.
