Explanation of responses
- F1Reporting person was granted a performance-based restricted stock award on October 7, 2013 based on the successful release of certain next generation products. Due to strategic changes, the Company decided to divert the reporting person's efforts to other projects, and as such, on January 13, 2015, the Company and its Compensation Committee voted to replace the performance-based vesting conditions with time-based vesting, which triggered a filing requirement to be reported on Form 4. The grant vests in equal semi-annual increments, and becomes fully vested in October 2017. The reporting person inadvertently failed to timely file the modification on Form 4.
