Explanation of responses
- F1Time-vested restricted stock units granted to the reporting person pursuant to the TASER International, Inc. 2013 Stock Incentive Plan. The grant is scheduled to vest in three equal annual installments beginning on May 18, 2015.
- F2Prior to reporting the transaction on 5/18/2015, the reporting owner previously reported indirect beneficial ownership of 170,000 shares of common stock held in trust. These shares were subsequently distributed from the trust, and the reporting owner directly owns 85,000 of the shares previously held in trust. When initially reporting the transaction on 5/18/2015, the reporting person inadvertently reported amount of securities beneficially owned following reported transaction as 2,467 shares, the transaction amount, versus the balance 147,406 shares which is the cumulative balance following the transaction.
