- F1On August 20, 2015, the Issuer's Board of Directors declared a 3-for-1 stock split to be effected in the form of a stock dividend, which was approved by the Issuer's stockholders on September 24, 2015. All holders of record of Class A common stock and/or Class B common stock on October 2, 2015 were issued two shares of Class A common stock for each outstanding share of Class A common stock and two shares of Class B common stock for each outstanding share of Class B common stock.
