F1Holders of Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock generally have identical rights, except that holders of Class A Common Stock are entitled to one vote per share while holders of Class B Common Stock are entitled to ten votes per share on matters to be voted on by shareholders.

All holders of record of Class A common stock and/or Class B common stock on October 2, 2015 were issued two shares of Class A common stock for each outstanding share of Class A common stock and two shares of Class B common stock for each outstanding share of Class B common stock.
