Explanation of responses
- F1On November 12, 2015, the reporting person contributed 20,000 shares of common stock to the Barton Family Foundation of which the reporting person is a trustee and of which the reporting person and his wife are beneficiaries. The reporting person continues to report beneficial ownership of all of the common stock held by the trust but disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of his and his wife's pecuniary interest therein.
