- F1The report on this Form 4/A amends the original Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person on April 5, 2016 and is being filed to correct the reported disposition of 9,144 shares of common stock on April 1, 2016 in a stock withholding transaction in connection with (a) the vesting of 5,582 shares of restricted stock units granted to the Reporting Person on 4/1/13, (b) the vesting of 8,466 shares of restricted stock units granted to the Reporting Person on 4/1/14 and (c) the vesting of 3,120 shares of restricted stock units granted to the Reporting Person on 4/1/15. This amendment corrects the reporting for that disposition transaction. Represents a weighted average price of shares sold at prices that ranged from $23.4101 to $23.4106.
