The trustee of the Thomas D'Ambra SLAT trust is Dr. and Mrs. D'Ambra's son, Geoffrey D'Ambra. Mrs. D'Ambra disclaims beneficial ownership of the Trust Shares, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that she is the beneficial owner of the Trust Shares, except to the extent of her precuniary interest, if any, in the Trust Shares.
