- F1The securities were acquired under a Common Stock Purchase Agreement pursuant to which 500,000 shares of the issuer's common stock will be delivered to the Reporting Person when the initial payment is received and the remaining 500,000 shares of the issuer's common stock will be delivered upon receipt of the Reporting Person's second payment due on December 27, 2018.
