Explanation of responses
- F1Shares represent the portion of the Performance Vesting Restricted Share Awards granted in 2012 that have vested for performance period 11. Amended Form 4 dated 2/23/15 was to account for taxes withheld from original share acquisition number which was not provided when original Form 4 was filed. Original number of 12,263 shares reflected the tax withholding of 7,059 shares for a total acquisition of 5,204. This amendment now corrects number of shares withheld for taxes of 2,453 for a total acquisition of 9,810 shares.
