Explanation of responses
- F1Represents shares withheld by the Company from an award of restricted stock units in satisfaction of the applicable withholding taxes due as a result of the end of the deferral period of those restricted stock units, through an automatic share withholding procedure. Pursuant to this procedure the Company withholds a portion of the vested shares issuable as a result of reaching the previously specificed in-service date of shares deferred under the company's Deferred Compensation Program with a fair market value (measured as of the vesting date) equal to the amount of such withholding taxes. THIS IS THE CORRECTION OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR IN THE ORIGINALLY REPORTED NUMBER OF SHARES REPORTED FOR THIS TRANSACTION.
