As of December 1, 2017, Chatham Master Fund held 610,705 shares of Class A Common Stock, $0.01 par value per share (the "Common Stock"), of the McClatchy Company (the "Company"), and certain other affiliated funds held an aggregate of 410,017 shares of Common Stock of the Company.
