- F1In connection with the reorganization of BlackRock MuniYield New Jersey Quality Fund, Inc. ("MJI") into BlackRock MuniHoldings New Jersey Quality Fund, Inc. ("MUJ"), the acquisition occurred in exchange for an equal number of shares of MJI.
- F2This statement is jointly filed by Bank of America Corporation ("BAC") and Banc of America Preferred Funding Corporation ("BAPFC"). BAC holds an indirect interest in the securities listed in Table I (the "Securities") by virtue of its 100% ownership of its subsidiary BAPFC.
