Explanation of responses
- F1The option grant vests over 4 years with 12.5% becoming exercisable (a) on the first six-month anniversary of the grant date (the "Initial Vest Date"), and (b) on each of the seven subsequent six-month anniversaries of the Initial Vest Date.
