Kim are co-trustees of the John T. Kim 2012 Irrevocable Trust Dated 12/11/12. John T. Kim is the sole trustee of the John T. Kim Trust of December 31, 1987.
- F2On September 21, 2015, the James J. Kim 2013 Qualified Annuity Trust U/A Dated 5/17/13 distributed 888,647 to James J. Kim. Susan Y. Kim and James J. Kim are co-trustees.
- F3The Reporting Person may be deemed to beneficially own 71,890,001 shares. Of these shares 888,647 share are held directly, 345,000 are options exercisable within 60 days of December 31, 2015, 49,594,980 are shares held indirectly by 915 Investments, LP, in which the Reporting Person is the general partner, and the remainder of the shares are indirectly owned through various family trusts in which the reporting person is a trustee.
