Explanation of responses
- F1Represents the unvested shares restricted stock (service-based and performance-based) that were forfeited after the Reporting Person's termination of employment pursuant to the issuer's Omnibus Incentive Plan and Restricted Stock Award Agreements dated February 18, 2014.
- F2Amended to correct an administrative error related to i) the number of shares withheld to satisfy the Reporting Person's tax withholdings upon vesting and ii) the number of shares forfeited that were previously reported in the original Form 4 filed on March 3, 2015.
