- F1The shares subject to the option or restricted stock units will vest and become exercisable as to 50% on 01/01/2016 and 50% on 01/01/2017, provided that the reporting individual continues to serve as a consultant of RealNetworks through such date. In the event that such services terminate earlier, then the shares subject to the option or restricted stock units will be deemed to have vested and become exercisable as to that number of shares which would have vested as of the termination date had the option or restricted stock units vested in substantially equal monthly installments from 01/01/2015.
