Explanation of responses
- F1On September 11, 2018, the Compensation Committee determined that certain 2014 sign-on grant performance share units ("PSUs") and related dividend equivalents ("DERs"), previously granted to the reporting person in accordance with the RBA pre-2015 Senior Executive Performance Share Unit Plan vested because certain performance criteria were satisfied. The vested PSUs and DERs will be settled in common shares issued to the reporting person, net of applicable tax.
